• You are joining an integrated audio and web conference.
• Login as a Participant using the Conference ID that the call leader supplied.
• You will have the option to "Interact on Phone" or "Listen on Net".
• Listen to a Previously Recorded Webcast

Interact on Phone
For 2-way conversing, select "Interact on Phone", dial the telephone number displayed on the screen and enter the same Conference ID. The audio and web portions of the call will be automatically synchronized.

Use your phone keys as follows:

• Dial *6 to mute your phone line (recommended if you are calling from a noisy area)
  
• Dial *7 to unmute your phone line when you wish to speak.
  
• Dial *0 for private technical audio or web assistance at any time during the call.
  
• Dial 00 for technical or operator assistance that everyone on the cll can hea

Listen on the Net
To listen to the audio portion call through your computer speakers, select "Listen on Net". The audio and web portions of the call will be automatically synchronized.

• You will hear the call but others will not be able to hear you. If you have a question, you may submit it to the call leader through the Web. The call leader will receive your question immediately and can respond verbally.
  
• If you cannot hear the audio portion of the call, increase your speaker volume setting. If the situation persists, call the Help Desk at 1-877-549-2054 (US;Canada) or 1-303-928-3344 (International).
